Comparison of Matricariachamomilla oil, Trachyspermumcopticum oil and Clonidine on Withdrawal syndrome in Narcotics Anonymous Abstract: Introduction: Study aimed to compare the effects of chamomile oil , oil copticum and clonidine withdrawal syndrome NA groups was performed . Method and Materials: This study is a Double-blind one stage clinical trial with the comparison group. The sample consisted of 135 patients who were randomly NA groups in thecontrol and intervention groups (two groups) were placed. In intervention groups1, chamomile oil, in the intervention group2, oil copticum common and in control group treated with clonidine withdrawal is received. COW's symptoms questionnaire was recorded in6steps, and the results were analyzed using SPSS software. Results: Baseline mean and standard deviation of withdrawal syndrome in the group of Matricariachamomilla oil, Trachyspermumcopticum oil and Clonidine respectively (241/7 ± 15/24), (845/8 ± 52/26) and (469/7 ± 03/23) and after the intervention (442/7 ± 11/12), (452/8 ± 42/11) and (775/7 ± 51/8), respectively. ANOVA test showed that the three groups before the intervention (p=0/32) and after (p= 0/70) no significant difference in the degree of addiction syndrome. Conclusion: Vegetable oil on the impact of the withdrawal syndrome More studies are needed. Keywords: Matricariachamomilla oil, Trachyspermumcopticum oil, Clonidin withdrawal syndrome, Narcotics Anonymous

Introduction: The death anxiety is defined as the fear of your death and others’. Being aware of death is inescapable the anxiety beside that leads to different behaviors and the health care workers are exposed to this kind of anxiety more than others. Especially when a sudden and unexpected death occurs and a wide obvious malfunction is seen in the emergency department staffs. Study examined the factors associated with death anxiety in students of medical emergencies and emergency technicians performed. Methods: The cross-sectional study was done on157students in Sabzevar, 75 emergency technicians and 82 emergency medical students. Sampling was done using enumeration and gathering information took place by a two-part questionnaire including demographic characteristics and factors affecting on the level of death anxiety and Templer’s standard questionnaire of death anxiety. The data was analyzed by Spss statistics software using T-test, correlation and regression. Results: The results showed that there’s a significant difference(P=0/000)between the medical emergency students’ mean score of death anxiety (6/2 ± 41/24) and the emergency technicians (7.6 ± 27/26). The mean score has also a significant statistical relationship with the students’ marital status, employment status, educational certification, age and occupation (student / technician) (P=0/000) but in emergency technicians, the mean score didn’t have a significant statistical relationship with the parents’s (P<0/088), being interested in the major, the number of work shifts and missions (P<0/123). Background & Objectives:Job satisfaction and emotional intelligence are the most important factors in providing the best quality of nurses' services to patients. Lack of attention to this problem is disrupted the organization system in the long term.It causes reduce in the sense of responsibility, burnout and eventually leave of serve. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the relationship between job satisfactions with emotional intelligence among nurses of Kerman University of Medical Sciences hospitals. Material & Methods: This is a cross-sectional and descriptive study. The study population formed of 150 critical and emergency nurses of Kerman University of Medical Science hospitals. Data were collected via instrument which includes background information and 28 items form ofBradbry-Graves, emotional intelligence and 21 items from of job satisfaction by census method. Data analysis was performed by t-test and ANOVA test andPearson correlation coefficients. Results: Results showed that the mean score of job satisfaction was 83.72±17.69 and the mean scoreof emotional intelligence was 121.09±17.56. It was observed that there is a significant relationship between total score of job satisfaction (intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction) and total score of emotional intelligencewith a correlation coefficient of 0.351 (P>0.0001).The results of analysis of (ANOVA) and t-test showed thatthere is not a significant relationship between demographic variables (age, education, experience, organizational unit, sex) with job satisfaction and emotional intelligence and their dimensions(P>0.05). Conclusions: Job satisfaction is directly related to emotional intelligence and it seems that people with high emotional intelligence feel more satisfaction in their work with colleagues and patients. It is suggested that further studies should be done to reveal the relationship between these two concepts and their relationships with demographic variables.

Background and Objective: One of the main sources for research in Universities is dissertations. Performing research in different majors of medicine results in improvement and better implementing of student dissertation has a special place. Knowing the challenges of conducting GP dissertations and determining the administrative process problems can be helpful to modify learning program and improve the quality of education. The purpose of this study is to determine challenges in performing GP dissertation. Materials and Methods: This qualitative study was done through content analysis method in 2012, and for data collection, semi-structured and deep interviews were used. Sampling was done in purposive method and continued until data saturation. For analyzing the data, conventional content analysis were used. Results: Twenty students of GP graduates participated in this study. The main categories extracted from data were educational, structural and human sources barriers which were supposed as the GP challenges, and the lack of education, educational strategy, official, economic and performing problems, supervising, lack of motivation and time deficit were considered as subcategories. Conclusion: The findings of this study showed that educational, structural and human resources barriers were the most important challenges in GP dissertation process. Regarding the importance of GP dissertations as a part of research in the country, effective strategies such as shortening the process of proposal approval, increasing financial support, performing workshops for methodology and scientific writing for the students and their advisors are suggested for decreasing the problems.
